Return and Exchange Policy
To make a return please visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
You can also bring your return back to one of our pop up shops. Please send an email to email@example.com with your return request and see our calendar of events.
*PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS MUST BE PRE APPROVED BEFORE BRINGING YOUR ITEM TO US*
You can now bring the return back to our storefront at Elysia Collective. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request before bringing your item back to us. You must package the item as your are shipping it with your full name, order number email & phone number on the outside of the package.
What items are returnable?
We will happily accept returns on new/unworn clothing with the original tags attached within 14 days from when your order was received for store credit or exchange only. We DO NOT issue refunds to original method of payment.
For local pick up orders, we will issue store credit within 14 days from notification that your order is ready for pickup. After the 14 day period, the item(s) become final sale.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If the damage is not reported within 3 days the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
What items are non-returnable?The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, accessories are FINAL SALE.
A few more details...
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We highly suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card within 5-7 business days.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, detergent, pet hair or similar stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
